The Murcia region has over 300 days of sunshine each year, as a result golf is played all year. There are many PGA level courses and the national Spanish championship is regularly played at the La Manga Club Resort. La Manga Club has three golf courses to choose from. Many courses were built during the 2000's and they have now reached maturity. Where-ever you stay in Murcia you will never be far from a Golf course.
We have Villas Apartments and Townhouses both on and off Golf course locations. Many are specifically furnished to suit golfers. For example storage space for clubs and bedrooms with twin single beds rather than doubles. So if you are combining Golf with a Beach holiday as a family or a group of Golfers visiting the area for a dedicated Golf break we can meet your requirements. Hacienda del Alamo Golf Course
The Hacienda del Alamo course designed by Dave Thomas is one of the longest courses depending on where you tee off, from 5534 to 6724 metres with 10 par 4, 4 par 5 and 4 par 3 holes.
Roda Golf and Beach Resort
Roda Golf and Beach Resort is another Dave Thomas course. Situated near the Beach Resort of Los Alcazeres this excellent par 72 course of 6177 metres has many water features and is open to players of all standards. You also have access to their Beach Resort club on the La Manga Strip.
La Manga Club Resort
The La Manga Club Golf Resort was the first major golf development in the Murcia region over 30 years ago. Many championships have been held and the course has been played by famous names such as Colin Montgomerie and Arnold Palmer. The resort is also well known for its impressive Tennis facilities and is a regular training venue for many National and Premier league football teams from all over Europe.
Las Colinas Golf and Beach Resort
Las Colinas golf course, just over border in the Alicante region is one of the newest courses and has excellent facilities. This course is located in open countryside and woodland and was recently named "one of Europe's top 100 golf courses". It also has a private beach club located near the beautiful Campoamor beach. Unusually you can also experience the unique feeling of flying birds of prey in beautiful Mediterranean woodland at their onsite International Falconry flying school.
