Long Term

If you want to stay for more than a few weeks we can help. We have many long term rental properties. Apartments, Villas, Bungalows and Townhouses with up to five bedrooms. We provide the property and you pay the bills, usually water, electricity and gas. Mains gas is unusual and usually those properties which use gas, typically for cooking with a gas hob use Butane bottles available locally.

Long term rental

Minimum one month deposit is required and monthly payment thereafter for a minimum term of 6 months

Winter Breaks

Bored with rubbish weather. Do you need to get away from dreary winters? Have a Winter Break. A combination of long term rental and a holiday vacation. Usually for two to three months a Winter Break gives you access to one of our Apartments, Villas or Townhouses just like you were staying for a short holiday but at a much lower rate.

Daytime temperatures in January usually vary from 12 to 19 deg C. Why freeze at home?
