The apartment is on the ground floor and is south facing. The resort has a swimming pool open all year and a children's pool. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge/diner, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, there are also two patios, one from the lounge and the other from the bedroom.
This is an ideal location for a family holiday as the Resort is next to the beach and the Mar Menor. It is also great for winter breaks where you can enjoy the winter sun from the south facing patio.
The area has many bars, restaurants and activities including kite surfing, windsurfing, padel and tennis. Close to the apartment complex is a small park with a children's playground. The local market selling everything from fruit and vegetables to tourist gifts is on a Saturday morning and is a walk from the complex.
