This lovely modern bungalow is situated on the Arona complex which is approximately 5 minutes walking distance to the beaches of the Mar Menor in Mar de Cristal. The complex has a pretty grassed pool area and there is access from the patio area of the property.
The bungalow is furnished to a very good standard and offers a great place for your beach holiday. It has 2 good size bedrooms with family bathroom. It has well equipped kitchen with all modern appliances including dishwasher and utility area. There are steps to the private roof solarium which is a wonderful area to sunbathe and relax.

This property could do with some minor adjustment , i appreciate we were probably the first clients since sept 2017. areas to look at include
1. Security gate on front door difficult to lock / unlock.
2. Patio door from main room to extension does see more
